In the artist's own words: "I think Pigs are going to be my new 'chickens'! I'm the daughter of a pig farmer, way back, and these snuffly, squeaky creatures bring back some fun memories. We had a runt called Willy, and he lived in a box by the fireplace until he was too big to be in the house. We swapped him for a few bales of hay some years later. Oft misunderstoof, they're one of the most intelligent, clean mammals on the planet. They get sunburned easily, and they love a belly scratch. They're the most beautiful, delicate pink color (well, the pink ones are). This was fun to create, and I think they reflect the happiness I see in them.
