Glenda's work is a reflection of the awe and wonder she feels for nature's ability to create the rare and exotic. From the first time she saw the unbelievable Leafy Sea Dragon, she knew the underwater world of coral reefs would inspire her work for years to come. She is a native Texan who has lived on both the East and West Coasts. Her love of glass began around 1983 and has followed her throughout her career. Her use of glass powders and multiple firings produces the unique 'glass coral' pieces she is known for.
